New Appointments Strengthen Aventa Team

Aventa Systems Limited, a leading specialist in integrated production data systems for global operators, began 2009 with a new addition to its management team, operations manager Anthony Buchanan.

Anthony has more than 13 years' experience in the energy industry and has worked with a vast range of technologies to deliver advanced technology systems in the UK and abroad. He graduated from Aberdeen's Robert Gordon University with a BSc Eng in electronic and information systems and went on to specialise in system development, working on a range of projects from large production systems to low-level critical data packages.

Michelle Tawse also joined Aventa in 2009 as a Senior Analyst/Programmer with 12 years experience. She began her career in the RAF as an aerospace systems operator and maintained the Force's quality and document controls.

Managing Director Bill Whibley said: "We are very excited to have such well-qualified and knowledgeable additions to the team. Anthony's wealth of experience will further enhance the quality of our service, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality and delivery. Michelle's expertise means we have an experienced testing and quality controller on board to ensure the team's high standards are maintained.
