Aventa Working in Partnership with RGU

A group of 5 students from the MSc in Project Management course at RGU in Aberdeen undertook a placement project to review Aventa's current in house project management systems for maximising data sharing across staff, temporary employees and subcontractors working on a variety of projects. The placement students mapped out planning processes within Aventa, made recommendations on various tools to use for planning and financial forecasting in the future and provided a work based example on one of Aventa's current projects.

Managing Director of Aventa Systems Bill Whibley stated "As an ex RGU student it was great to pass on my experience to the next generation of project managers. The students got a lot out of the experience and we plan to do a similar project next year.".
