Systems Support
Providing a single-point responsibility for systems support, including cross-discipline, cross-vendor issue management, is a key feature of our systems support service. Our 24 hour help desk provides fault logging and tracking to close-out. All our help desk and support staff are experienced personnel that have worked on client projects. Our support group provides second & third-line support services including 24x7 on-call, remote diagnostics, fault resolution and system monitoring & health checks.
